Chili is a hearty and flavorful dish that's perfect for a cold day. There are endless variations of chili, but here's a basic recipe that you can easily customize to your liking.

– 1tablespoon olive oil – 1medium onion, chopped – 1green bell pepper, chopped

– 1 red bell pepper, chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 pound ground beef – 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

– 1(15-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed – 1(15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed – 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
