Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough, 8 ounces thinly sliced steak, 1 green bell pepper, 1/2 onion, thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 cup shredded provolone cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes more. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the cooked steak, pepper, and onion mixture over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.

Sprinkle the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Philly Cheesesteak Pizza!
