2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 tspn baking powder, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 2 tblspn unsalted butter (melted), 1 tspn vanilla extract, oil


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until you form a soft dough. Be careful not to overmix.
