California-Style Pizza is a unique and delicious pizza variety that's inspired by the fresh and seasonal ingredients of the Golden State.

Ingredients 

1 lb. pizza dough, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, Salt and pepper, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes,

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup sliced red onions, 1/4 cup sliced black olives, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions 

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Brush the garlic oil mixture onto the pizza dough, making sure to coat the entire surface.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the torn basil leaves over the tomato sauce.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, sliced red onions, and sliced black olives over the pizza. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.

Place the pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
